Membership subscription
Venture Backed membership subscriptions, such as Founder Pro, Investor, Service Provider and College/University Staff membership tiers are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership subscription, all your member features will expire at the end of your billing cycle.
If your subscription was purchased via the Google Play Store and was renewed within the past 48 hours, but you decide to cancel and request for a refund, please submit a request via the Google Help page. If you need further assistance, contact us.
Note: All iOS refunds must be issued by Apple. One-Time In App Purchases & In-App Non-Membership Subscriptions
One-Time In App purchases and In-App Non-Membership subscriptions on Venture Backed, including but not limited to Enhanced Deal Room access and Learning Management System (LMS) courses are non-refundable. If you cancel your non-membership subscriptions, all of your features associated with that subscription will expire at the end of your billing cycle.

Pay-per-action products
Pay-per-action products charge per click, impression, posts, etc. These products include, for example, Venture Backed Ads, Promoted posts, Promoted events and any other product where you’re charged per action. Any actions delivered and charged are non-refundable.
Event’s hosted on Venture Backed.
One-time registration fees paid for event’s hosted on Venture Backed are generally non-refundable. However, under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may qualify for a refund. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you can submit your account for review (you must be logged in to your Venture Backed user account to submit your account for review).
